Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna has extended his condolence towards demise of Senior Journalist Keshvanand Penyuli. He has prayed for the peace of the departed soul and strength for the bereaved family members. Mr. Bahuguna also talked with his son Vivek Penyuli on telephone and said that he was with the bereaved family in the time of sorrow.
